The storm system passing through Colorado is nailing the Aspen/Snowmass area blanketing all four mountains - Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk - with fresh powder skiers and riders dream of.

The recent storm dropped 66 inches of snow in the last 9 days, equaling the record for the single biggest storm cycle since record keeping began at Aspen Highlands in the ’78-’79 season.
